Answer: Yes, you can and should use Titan™ Sports Supplement after every exercise session or sports activity. You will need the nutrients in Titan™ Sports Supplement to recover properly and to help prevent muscle soreness.


Question: I used Titan™ Sports Supplement immediately following exercise and there was some soreness the following day. Why did that happen?

Answer: During prolonged or intense workouts, muscle damage becomes so severe that even Titan™ Sports Supplement cannot completely overcome all the damage and ensuing inflammation, therefore it can only help reduce the amount of soreness as opposed to preventing it entirely. You might begin by using Titan™ Sports Supplement before and during an intense workout as well as afterwards.


Question: Will Titan™ Sports Supplement help with pain and soreness associated with joints and tendons following exercise?

Answer: No, Titan™ Sports Supplement is designed to help prevent or greatly reduce muscle soreness following exercise. You may still have joint and tendon soreness following exercise. This non-muscle soreness can in itself contribute to an overall feeling of soreness and may or may not be accompanied by some muscle soreness. One must learn to recognize the difference between the two.


Question: Are there any banned ingredients in Titan™ Sports Supplement that will preclude me from taking part in school or professional sports activities?

Answer: No. None of the ingredients used in Titan™ Sports Supplement are on any of the banned substances list of any of the major anti-doping agencies (WADA, USADA, NCAA), nor are any of the ingredients related chemically or pharmacologically to any ingredients on these lists. However, athletes should check the prohibited substances list of any governing bodies that regulates their sport.


Question:: I don't exercise or take part in sports activities, but I do get sore after I work in the yard and garden or do projects around the house. Will Titan™ Sports Supplement help with this muscle soreness?

Answer: Yes, Titan™ Sports Supplement will help relieve the temporary muscle soreness caused by any type of activity.


Question: Can diabetics use Titan™ Sports Supplement?

Answer: Titan™ Sports Supplement does contain sugar and is high glycemic. Consult with your physician before using any dietary supplement.


Question: Can I take creatine with Titan™ Sports Supplement?

Answer: Absolutely. Research studies have shown that creatine works well in conjunction with either beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (HMB) or essential amino acids/carbohydrate drinks to increase lean muscle mass. We did not add creatine to Titan™ Sports Supplement because it is controversial and some parents may not want their young athletes using it. Also, some people do not tolerate creatine well. However, these studies suggest that by adding about 7 g of creatine to your Titan™ Sports Supplement, you may see additional gains in muscle mass and strength.


Question: I am concerned about the growing epidemic of obesity and diabetes. Since Titan™ Sports Supplement contains some sugar, would I be too much sugar in my diet using this product?

Answer: Sugar, also know as sucrose, has always been a staple food in the human diet and is a major source of glucose. Following exercise, glucose is diverted to the muscles where it is essential for replenishing muscle glycogen stores rather than being converted to and stored as fat. Recent studies have reported that high sugar intake does not directly affect insulin resistance and subsequent diabetes risk. Some popular sport drinks contain high fructose corn syrup, which recently has been reported to increase fat production leading to obesity and increased risk for diabetes. Titan™ Sports Supplement contains NO high fructose corn syrup.
